APCOER meet work ok on mobile browser but not opening through mobile app

We had video meeting of 20 min with our team through APCOER meet. The meeting was host through APPLE computer. I am one of the attendee. Video quality and sound was good. I could able to join through my mobile browser, but not able to join through Jitsi mobile app.
